This gem is from 1964 film "Gazal" and is picturised on Sunil Dutt and Meena Kumari. The lyricist is Sahir Ludhianvi, this being his second association with Madan Mohan after a 1955 film " Railway Platform". This gazal still haunts with its lyrics, rendition and music. The great Rafi has sung this song with emotions of sorrow and pain. The melody king Madan Mohan is unstoppable here. Really heart touching.
